INTERESTED IN MORE THAN A SUNTAN and some sightseeing during your spring or summer break? For decades, Ohio Wesleyan’s Spring and Summer Break Mission Trip program has offered students a unique alternative to the traditional break activities, with service learning opportunities throughout the United States and abroad.
This past spring, students focused on everything from Hurricane Katrina recovery in New Orleans, Louisiana, to the homeless population in Chicago, Illinois, and sustainable harvest in Nicaragua. Take a moment to read about the trips in Connect2 OWU, and even listen to the students’ insight firsthand through our podcast interviews.
